SRV-1 now offered by thinkgeek.com (US) and active-robots.com (UK)

We're most fortunate now to have the SRV-1 offered through two very highly regarded online tech merchants, ThinkGeek and Active Robots.

ThinkGeek was created to offer technology products that would appeal to the programmers, engineers, students, lovers of open source who were on the front line and in the trenches as the Internet was forged. The company was subsequently acquired by Andover.net, which ultimately became OSTG - the owners of slashdot.org, linux.com, sourceforge.net, and freshmeat.net. ThinkGeek's customer base is very technical, just as we like it, and we've already sent SRV-1 source code to a number of ThinkGeek customers who have purchased the robots.

Active Robots was created in the UK by a team of highly experienced mechanical and electrical engineers to provide a range of high quality robot kits, controllers and accessories, which are suitable for both educational resource requirements and amateur robotic enthusiasts. Many of their products are used in teaching mathematics, information, design, technology, computing, communication and control. They are a highly respected robotics resource, and we're really pleased to have UK representation by this group.
