new SRV-1 firmware and SRV1Console test version updates ...

There's a new version of SRV1Console and corresponding SRV-1 firmware that support the new communication protocol and add two command line options for SRV1Console -

  -c (connect on startup via last comport used)
  -p portnum (change port number for webcamsat from default 8888)

This isn't a formal release, as we are still working on frame rate issues, though progress has been made. Also, the release version will enable the "fail safe" option that was discussed on the Surveyor Robotics Forum, and the IR Avoid function which is partially disabled at the moment will be fixed before we post a release version.
