Is it possible to assign an IP address to a node? if so is it possible to control the node via the internet?  
Does the blackfin have this capability if the ARM does not?

The Blackfin robot has this capability because is carries an 802.11 radio.  This is not so easy to do with the ARM7 robot, as you either need a bridge from 802.14 to 802.11 or 802.3 (I don't know of any), or need to convert from TCP to serial using a comm port redirector.

Is it possible to just purchase the blackfin processor and switch it with the ARM7 or will it be difficult to do?
