IP Camera?

Is the Black Fin camera an IP Camera?

Would it be viewable with Blue Iris Professional?

I'm not sure about your question. When you say "camera" are you referring to the OmniVision camera that attaches to the SRV Blackfin controller, are you referring to the OV camera and SRV Blackfin controller together? Are you including the Matchport radio?

And, what do you mean by IP camera? Through the Matchport the SRV is IP addressable.

I don't know anything about the app you are trying to use. If no one on the forum jumps in you will probably need to test this on your own.

I'm including all, OV camera,SRV Blackfin and Matchport radio.

No problem, I'll get the new camera and software in a week or so, and see how it works.

Foscam calls the F18918W an IP camera, web browsers and iPhones can be used to view.

Thanks!

A definition of "IP Camera" as I understand it:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_camera.

If we follow this then the SRV could be considered an IP camera.
