I took a wild guess and this seems to work. I don't know why I thought there was SPI interblackfin communication!!??
 
Telnet the MatchPort, and modify Channel 2 with the following:  
 
*** Channel 2  
Baudrate divisor 2, I/F Mode 4C, Flow 02     //(To get the correct baudrate you must enter ‘-1’  i.e. negtive one, then the divisor)  
Port 10002  
Connect Mode : C0  
Send '+++' in Modem Mode enabled  
Show IP addr after 'RING' enabled  
Auto increment source port disabled  
Remote IP Adr: --- none ---, Port 00000  
Disconn Mode : 00  
Flush   Mode : 80  
Pack Cntrl   : C0
