Can't connect to port or grab image
02/15/12 at 7:44am

Hi everyone, I have a three surveyor cams. Two of them are single and one is stereo cam module. I had a problem with two single srv. Though I use stereo srv without any problem, I can't grab image( nor connect to port 10001 at 169.254.0.10:10001 )with single srv cameras. I read tons of troubleshooting advices but no solution I found yet.

I realized that when I change the upper part of surveyor kit with the working stereo srv, I can connect and grab image. So, at least I know my problem is related to upper part of the kit(I mean part with analog devices chip.) What can be the possible source of error? Might it be related to the code uploaded? I don't know which code is running on the chip but I think the web interface should be working in any case..

Any help will be appreciated greatly..

First step, get off Ad hoc. If you have access to an access point and can set up your SRV devices over an Infrastructure network we can eliminate significant problems you will encounter otherwise. Others on the forum might be willing, but I won't get involved trying to troubleshoot ad hoc network issues.
