Here's the syntax for launching the loader on OS/X - 

     ./lpc21isp -hex srv1.hex /dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUART 115200 14746

Under Windows, the syntax is

     lpc21isp.exe -hex srv1.hex com1 115200 14746
