This page is dedicated to solving problems related to the operation of Webcam32. Webcam32 is designed to work in many environments with many cameras, many FTP servers and many browsers. Although rigorously tested, not all possible combinations have been actually tested together, but all are known to work together.
Full technical support on Webcam32 is available via E-Mail. When reporting problems, please include the following information:
Webcam32 is designed to be able to capture trace information. By default, Webcam32 does not capture trace as this would normally slow the operation of the product. When solving problems, capturing trace can be the best and quickest way to resolve problems. Trace is enabled within Webcam32 by entering CTRL+T (holding down the CTRL key while pressing T) when the mouse and keyboard focus is within Webcam32. Once enabled, all subsequent Webcam32 internal operations will be logged to a file called debug.txt created in the directory in which you installed Webcam32. This directory is
C:\Program Files\Surveyor Corporation\Webcam32 by default.
The following illustrates Webcam32 capturing trace:
Within Webcam32, enter CTRL+T, the "Debug started" dialog confirmation should appear. Press enter to dispose of the dialog.

Reproduce the problem by using Webcam32 in the same manner as before.
Edit the debug.txt file created in the Webcam32 install directory and examine the trace output
