Image Warning

Webcam32 can play a warning sound prior to grabbing an image from the image capture device. This sound can be played a configurable number of seconds before the image is obtained. The type of sound played can be configured in the control panel under sounds, the internal speaker or a locally specified WAV file. If Microsoft Agent has been installed, the Merlin character can be selected to countdown in English. Additional information on Microsoft Agent support within Webcam32 can be found here.

From the sound panel from the Windows Settings menu can be used to set or change the Webcam32 warning and snap sounds.  The warn sound is played the warning interval seconds before the image is snapped.  The snap sound is played when the image is actually snapped.
